Botting in pre-30 ARAMs EUW

Hey all,

Would be nice to get this to the attention of a Rioter.

I've been seeing a lot of botting going on in pre-level 30 ARAM games EUW, almost one per game.

/ Details It is very obvious as they move directly down the middle of the map as an attack move command, while waiting for at least one friendly minion to follow in close proximity. If their speed exceeds the minion they will stop/start moving rapidly to keep at the same pace. The bot will spam an ability e.g. Gnar Q while stationary when there are no minions around to follow. They will continue to attack move even if under an enemy tower solo. They pick nothing unusual in champions or items (varied champion selection, but same recommended items every time per champion).

As such they tend to feed heavily making games very one-sided and not fun for new players - as it is a spectators game of who has the bot and who has the gold income off it. You might argue to just play with the bot, but at the rate they feed it is hard for newer players to have any chance at a comeback.

To add to this the Summoner using the botting program is earning free EXP/IP for not playing, which is probably a third party site looking to sell level 30 accounts.
