while viktor's damage may be a tad bit on the high side. the BIGGEST issue i have with him is is "line aoe's" hitbox. that damn thing hits me when im 10 feet away and completely misses me when it goes right over me. visuals don't match the hit box AT ALL and it makes it almost impossible to dodge. thats the only real issue i have wish victor. his damage is only opressive bcuase you have no if his stupid skill is going o hit you or not and where u can dodge to to not get hit.
