Could this laptop be able to run LOL on high graphics with constant 30+ fps?

I am planning to buy a laptop. It is an ASUS X554L. Its specs are;

CPU: Intel Core i5 5200U 2.2 GHz
RAM: DDR3 4 GBs
HDD: SATA 500 GBs
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GT 920m Would these specs be okay for running LOL on high with 30+ fps without v-sync and AA?

And if not can you recommend me a laptop that could do that at this laptop's price range?

Easily, I have an i3 integrated graphics card laptop and I run on 1380* at max settings (I do keep shadows off however) But that's ok because I can still see Zed's! Lmao

Edit: Laptop is also 8 years old now.
