Ninja tabis are one of the most op boots. I saw a mirror match against a draven with pickaxe and longsword vs a draven with just tabis. The draven with tabis won with 1/4 of his hp left. Ninja tabis are insane against adcs and needs to get nerfed
I don't believe this even slightly. 0 percent chance a Draven with 40 more AD lost to a Draven with just Ninja Tabi's unless he got severely outplayed
Tanks need them to be as strong as they are. but ADC's really don't deserve that kind of low cost mitigation.
And they make life hell for melee champs.
randuin's omen needs buff in comparison, ninja tabi -10% from basis aa dmg, 100-10=90x2=180 on crit,vs randuins -20% only if crit, 200-40=160 on item that costs 2.6 time more an doesn't get basic aa reduc, not as good if only 1 crit on enemy team but they all ad, randuins needs added - 10% from all physical dmg, -20% if crit
