Possible support item effects

Here are some Ideas for possible new support item effects I have had.

1: An income item that behaves similar to mejai's soul stealer. For every assist the owner nets they will get 1 stack for bonus assist gold each stack grants 25 bonus gold on every assist capping out at 125 bonus gold per assist with 5 stacks. On kill the owner loses 2 stacks and 1 upon death. The stats of the item would compare with frost queens claim and would be aimed at champions such as Lulu Janna or Soraka.

2: An Item with a gold sharing mechanic that has familiar behavior to turrets. Upon activation of the active the champion using it forfeits their kills within the next 15 seconds to give the kill to 1 the last player to attack the slain enemy or 2 last player to assist the killer of the enemy. If the kill was a solo kill the owner would get the kill as usual or if the kill was successfully shared the owner would get an assist and a little bonus gold. The item would be aimed at supports that often have high damage but don't want to risk depriving other champions of a kill. Ex: Annie Lux Zyra Blitzcrank
