Level 13-18 combo: Q-E, W, Q-E, AA, Q (flash if needed).

General tips: Better to pop ulti early then saving it.

Core damage items: Black cleaver, Deaths Dance. (Stormrazors, Mortal Reminder optional).

Core MR: Spirit visage, Mercury threads.

REALLY GOOD ITEMS: Guardian angel, Gargoyle Stoneplate, Sterak's Gage.

Runes.

Option 1

Grasp, Boneplating, Chrysalis, Revitalize. Cheapshot, Ultimate hunter.

Option 2

Arcane comet, Nimbuscloak, Transcendence, Scorch. Triumph, Laststand.

Option 3

Electrocute, Sudden Impact, Eyeball collection, Ultimate hunter. Nimbuscloak, Transcendence.

Options 4

Conqueror, Triumph, Legend tenacity, Last Stand. Revitalize, Boneplating.
