Can riot let us know whats going on about the fight on bots?

Seriously everyday I get bot battles on pvp TT today was the biggest upset by far when a 3vs3 match had 4 bots in it! 2 on my team and 2 on the other. The number is growing everyday. Is riot just banning the account when reported as a bot? do they watch the game-play? are they banning league access via the accounts ip address? how has this problem gone on so long? I rather play a twisted treeline where the losing team got absolutely 0 ip and 0 experience in order to stop bots than continue. all or nothing matches could also improve teamwork and competition as well which would be nice to see. Please riot support or knowledgeable player let me know your opinion/ answer to above,thank you. btw the link is to the 4 bot game I mentioned.
