Transferring from one account to the other...

Is there any way, like World of Warcraft does, you guys(Riot) could implement a way to transfer over skins, champions, runes etc. from one account to the other...? I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person out there who plays League and has more than one account... Especially one that is played more than the others but might not have as much stuff(e.g. Legendary, Ultimate, Legacy skins, Champions, Summoner Icons). Just thought it'd be a good idea to add. I have an account that is level 23 which i plan to mainly use now, but am depressed because i have no skins for it, nor as many champions, but i also have an older account that which I have tons of skins, etc. Just a simple idea is all.
