Can we revert Quinn back to her old version?

The whole point of the Marksman update was to make the Adc's less one dimensional right? To make champs like Corki, Cait, MF, and Graves not feel so bland. But I'm still struggling to understand why Quinn was in this mix of changes. She was already such a unique marksman. I can kind of understand why Riot changed her, as it's unhealthy for her to be played in the top lane rather then the bot lane. But look where the changes got her. She's barely played at all, I see Quinn hardly ever. I for one, miss old Quinn. Changing into Valor and getting slightly different abilities really made the champion feel like a team. Instead of Quinn AND Valor. Now it just feels like Quinn. And ya, you could argue that Valor is still in her ultimate, but she was way more unique then she is now. If anything I think Riot kind of shoved her down to the bottom where no one likes her. I miss old Quinn and I hope Riot could revert her like they did with Kog'Maw. Please and thank you? Quinn is essentially in the same spot that old Graves was in a few seasons ago. When the AD items are strong, she's strong. When they're mediocre or weak, she's weak. Remember how broken she was back when lethality was overpowered? Her issue is that she relies too heavily on AD and is basically a feast or famine champ because of it. Either she snowballs and takes over the game by roaming everywhere and getting picks or she feeds early and becomes useless for the rest of the game. This is a result of her only offering one thing to her team: AD damage. She doesn't have any utility or useful team-fighting spells that can allow her to contribute even when she falls behind. Riot probably needs to rework her again, otherwise she'll just remain a risky feast or famine champion.

I enjoy quinns playstyle probably more than any other adc, but the mechanics of her Q are just horrid for ranked play imo. It should be targeted like a teemo Q, or at the very least make it able to combo with E on same target on impact like an alistar combo. The fact that her Q is first thing hit nullifies the dive on her E in my book, what good is using the dive mechanic if you cant q past the minions in front?
