Fps drop since 9.3

I've tried solution as Hextech Repair Tool, updating drivers, lowering ingame graphics. My fps is set to 144fps with medium and tried lower with no drastic result. My fps can drop from 144 to as low as 50 or something, but regularly howers between 144-125. It just doesnt feel as smooth as it used to and im sure its due to this patch, 99% confident. I just havent had any problems prior to this patch, so yeah.

Yeah same here I usually have like 90-100 fps but when 9.3 came out my fps dropped to like 40-50 and some times low as like 20. I've tried all the fixes I could think of but nothing got fixed so I'm pretty sure its the patch.
