ofart1 votesHe's definitely not broken now unless you just decide to fight when his W's up and clump mid-late. I don't even think he's top tier now.
I do agree it's frustrating that Kog's basically a W bot now. He used to be a more diverse and interesting champion with a good mid-lane option too. Then, Riot reworked him into his current one-dimensional play-style.
