Cursor size and optimal video gameplay

Hi I have a question about the size of the cursor the size of my minimap, numbers of the K/D/A minions, time, etc and option menu. My laptop is a lenovo y50-70 i7-4720hq 16GB RAM 512GB SSD 15.6 ultra HD. So I have a 4K monitor in it. When I play with the best resolution (3840x2160) the numbers are to big but my mouse, option menu and mini map to small. I've already tried to change it with another resolution, then my minimap and menu get a normal size but my mouse is still to small and my numbers to big.

Is there anything I can do to get them to a normal size so playing will get normal again. When my mouse is to small I keep losing it in teamfights, I often have to click more than once on a place on the mini map when it's to small cuz I placed it wrong which is really annoying. Also because of the size of my numbers I can't really see who has which number of kills, deaths,...
