LP w/l ratio

I finished season 4 in gold 5 went 5-5 placed in silver kinda sucks but could be worse but at first i was getting 28+ win 11- loss but now im in silver 2 and losing 19 and gaining 18 i am positive win/loss to it makes it very hard to progress. Is there any reason why this is happening

cause the system knows your mmr is higher than the division you're in. So basically, in bold words: "we already knew you would win those games so, thats why your LP gain is lower. Also, if you lose, your loss will be higher cause you should have been able to win those games".
