Bard meeps with Runaan?
Does this work? i mean are meeps considered on hit effect? if they do, does this mean it will shoot 3 meeps? o just apply to the main target?

Gunpoint1 votesProbably, but it wouldnt be very good, he only gets meeps once in a while and Runaans is AS focused as in, get as many on hit effects as possible but Bards on hit effects will always be slow no matter what.
