Plan On Doing Anything For Draven?

He's absolutely outclassed by nearly every single carry in terms of... well everything. Draven's whole schtick was that he was the "BIG DAMAGE CATCH THE AXES" guy. The reward just isn't there anymore. He does a lot of damage still sure but really not noticeably more than any other bot laner. He just feels incredibly lackluster.

You did the whole Draven April Fools thing, now do an actual Draven thing and help the poor executioner out.
