FPS DROPS FIX

Like many here with potato PC's or average Laptops, I have been running into the FPS drop problem since recent patches. I tried everything to fix it but nothing helped out. Until I read how turning off sound helps. So, I tried the disable all sounds thingy and now I have my standard 40-50fps throughout the whole game. This is the only solution in my case and hopefully it works for others. Still, this is such a bad way to play. RIOT, helps us out! EDIT: It worked for couple of games, now its freezing again, mb...
