So apparently yasuo can ult off everything

So today in the everyday normals i play, there was a few games where yasuo mid and i already knew yasuo could ult off of a few peoples displacement moves but what i didn't know is that he could ult people who move them selves (E.G. Quinn)

from what i saw i could only watch in amazement when or jungle quinn with 90% hp all in'd a 30% yasuo the first e she did he didn't ult in but the second one he got off was where her hp dropped. hard. at first i was surprised this is pretty op in my opinion but then again a lot of stuff is so i scoffed it off, even laughed a bit and took the loss (cuz after that that yas was like fed to mars). but what i didn't know what that akali also falls in this category of able to be ulted mid akali ult, that threw me off. Especially when it was me who got ulted (its only funny to watch till it happens to you lol). so i checked online and found out about all the things he can ult off of but akali ults weren't on the list and i know he didnt q me cuz i was juking all 5 of them off me with the ults i had and was ready for a W-flash-escape.

did anyone already know this? are there other self displacement skills that yasuo can ult off of?
