Hey, yesterday i finished my 10 classment game. Before the games, i was bronze V. I won 6 game on the ten. I was really confused when i saw that i've been classed Bronze V 0LP. Could someone explain it to me?

its because your mmr after the games is still around or lower than b5 because the reset lowers your mmr by alot.

Actually, if your hidden MMR was really in the vicinity of Bronze V last season, then the soft reset pulls your hidden MMR up, but it probably isn't enough to pull many out of Bronze V.

At the beginning of each season there is a soft reset. This removes your last season rank and adjusts your MMR closers to the "average" MMR. Each of your placement games change this initial MMR either up or down depending on if you win or lose. Once you complete your provisional games you are placed at 0 LP in the league closest to your MMR. You will never be placed into a new league with greater than 0 LP at the beginning of the season.

So essentially, you were bronze 5 last season and winning 6 out of the 10 games was not enough to get your MMR up to Bronze 4 or higher so the system put you back in bronze 5 with 0 LP.

Typically people are placed in a lower league than they finished in the previous season because the highest league you can be placed in with your placements is platinum one. This means that all the diamond, master and challenger players get knocked down to platinum which results in players lower than them also getting knocked down the ranked ladder as well. Since there is no league below bronze 5 you were put back in bronze 5.
