Riot why
I'm S5 and just got out of bronze and I am getting matchmade with B4, I'm a whole league above this person but I get teamed with them and its hard to play a match with someone having low knowledge of what to do

He's probably duoing with someone your rank or above, so riot is trying to balance it out i suppose. Bad system if you ask me.
