Why does Evelynn's ult do no damage?

And when I say 'no damage' I don't mean very little, I mean 0. Is this a bug? I usually start off a gank with the ult, but all it does is slow them. They don't have banshee's either

It is probably a bug because it does damage, not an insane amount because it also shields her and slows enemies, but it does do damage.
