Wukong buff, plz!

I am one of those weird Wukong mains and I want a speed buff on his W!! Every other champ who has a clone or stealth gets a bit of a speed buff or gap close or movement adjustment. Shaco Q is a gap close/jump, Akali jumps, Rengar, Twitch, Kha Zix all get speed buffs and the poor monkey has nothing but a clone. I even Evelyn has a way to speed up when she gets out of her clone. Yes, his e is a gap closer but the Monkey King deserves a little speed boost. 10-15% at rank one isn't too much to ask as we Wukong's max it last anyway. Just a lil speeeeeed plz!
