Shen Nerfed Are You Kidding Me?

Shen's only damage skill gets nerfed by basically 25%. And his passive shield that is the only thing that keeps him from being out traded from every fight gets a nerf too. The explanation to all of this? Apparently Shen when using his ult will be losing out of cs while his laning partner gets cs, and Shen still apparently maintains power because he hits true damage and not only from items. Did anybody tell these rioters that Shen's Laning Phase is one of the worst in the game. He will almost always have less cs than his laning partner, especially if they're somebody who has ranged such as teemo. Also, with this nerf, he's just gonna be even more behind in damage. I understand Shen is a team champion, but if you can't even 1 v 1 a Singed in a duel, how do you expect players to ever buy and use this champion? Especially in Solo Queue? I'm so done man, "hohohoho lets nerf the most underplayed champion in the game hohohoho im a riot mod" , Yea go on.
