I'm kinda stuck in Gold 1 and I'm not sure what piece of the puzzle I'm missing. I think I could probably be more aggressive with early ganks, but in general I feel like I do OK with them. I mainly play Vi, but rotate in Voli here and there depending on the other team. I think it's a macro problem with my play, I'm just not sure what. Maybe it's identifying priority lanes? Whatever the case, any thoughts or criticism are welcome.
Vision control wins games! 
I have a couple questions for you:
1-How much do you gank? I see some of your games your KP is like 11%-35%. You need to get involved with your team I think. Maybe start organizing ganks farther in advance. Look for the other jungler and plan to countergank after he's blown his skills/summs.
2-Have you tried the aftershock build with shield bash. I was a hardcore electrocute fanatic but it's undeniable that tanky stats feel much stronger in the current season. Might also try evening out your points in E with what you're dumping into Q. I've started putting more into W and E than I do with Q because I want the reduced CD's so that I can help take down tower or have the E up for a kill through the tower or blast cone (it's happened 2x this week so far.)
3- What do you see as your priority in early, mid, and late game? Also, at what point in the game do you think Vi is the strongest?
buy oracles lvl 1, buy control wards every back, if your teams somewhat incompetent just properly split all of mid game, they will fight for no reason, and enemy will chase/fight for no reason, you can legit climb up to diamond just spliting as jg, also go for full clear lvl 1 blue , gromp, wolves, chickewns, red, skuttles spawning and at this time enemy jg will gank top or bot just piung them early then you can make plays after this clear. But seriously, just splitpush alot mid game, you have no clue how easy it is to climb doing this as jg in ur elo
