I feel like the core build for warwick now would be

You are probably going to need Tiamat -> Titanic Hydra to efficiently farm the jungle or shove lanes. Also, that build is rather squishy and doesn't really make use of your sustain.
I am probably going to opt for something along the lines of:
ur way too squishy with that build, if u ever need to group with your team u will just die instantly.
Honestly are more core on him. (used better in PBE games than other items)
WW is squishy, unlike the old one who had one of the biggest hp pools in the game. Going AS will just kill you.
For top lane WW I think you might want to try something like this.

Probably best off going sunfire or titanic hydra first for pushing power.
Doran ring or 2 would be good for lane sustain with Q's since his mana costs are pretty high and his Q does have AP scaling and heals him.
BortK isn't that great on him anymore, especially now that he doesn't need the active that much to get to a target. You need some solid AD on him or else his Q is pretty lackluster (either one of the Hydras will suffice). Attack speed is also pretty redundant on him now too because of his W. Triforce will be his AS item now, maybe a wit's end too depending on who you're up against. I wouldn't build rageblade unless you're really ahead.
