i just saw phy's 9.3 best champs video and people are building this 1st item on riven? that sounds completely busted imo, the awakened dragon is supposed to be at its best in mid game skirmishes and be decent for late game teamfights, it's not supposed to give a dueling advantage maybe having the duration scale with champion level would fix this issue
