Remove surrender, why?
Normals: Never surrender, its only normals
ARAM: Never surrender, its only ARAM lol
Ranked: Never surrender, we have to win!
The only games I ever get a surrender vote on is the enemy team. My team could be 1 and 30 and still say no.
So get rid of it completely so at least the enemy team gets to suffer too.
how about not trying to force your team to decide how they want to spend their time?

when games are over there is no joy in playing it out so why not just start a new game? Much easier less tilting
MMR systems make on paper fair games but know player uncertainty will impact a match. Surrender is good for grossly mismatched games because of this. Sadly to many folks give up to fast and get stuck in a loop.
