Why is there no AD Item to reduce life regen anymore?

I've looked, and for the life of me I cant find an AD item to stop life regen/life steal. If its out there and I'm being blind please let me know, but so far I can only find morellos and even for some AP champs, its not a very good item for their play style, so I'm wondering why there arent, A.) More ite,s grievous wounds B.) and AD item with it?
