YOU cant . riot made it that way. unless u can 1v9 carry , you cant rank up. just lost a game where bot lane went 2-17.. how do i or my 2 other teamates win that? how do we rank up . why do we play lp for teamates being bad. WHY DID RIOT REMOVE THE UNSKILLED REPORT.
