What happened to rotating game modes?

I remember back in the day when everyweekend the rotating game modes came out and switched roughly every two weeks

I remember looking up the schedule o what game mode was next and how long it would be available to play my favorite champ, away from ranked and the occasional draft pick.

What ever happened to the rotating game modes?

Ik riot said something about “exploring one for all” but guys really? You said that forever ago and it’s still not out. I’m honestly not even bothered by one for all not being out but why not release the featured game modes in the mean time?
