WHY I CAN'T DODGE WITHOUT GETTING PUNISHED ?

hello everyone, straight to the point, why im forced to play a game that i don't want to play specially in ranked ??, i just got banned for 30m because someone picked zilean adc and the jungler didn't pick smite. so i had to dodge the game or obviously it's gonna be a lose.

im ok with the banned but why do u have to take 10lp from me ?, u want me to play with zilean adc and gnar jungle without smite ?? i don't know i think it's very stupid for forcing someone to play a game that's already lost game from the champion select. and specially in lower elo, i mean they don't have to wait long to get another game so the waiting argument is just dumb and doesn't make sense. and if riot giving the 90% of the players the same rules that they want to implement in the 10% players base. i think it's straight up unfair, why wouldn't they give different dodging punishes depending on ur elo. so if u dodged in gold elo u shouldn't get 10lp lose for it, but if u were diamond or higher maybe yes, because the queue take so long.

People would Dodge until they get their Role, their champ, a good winrate Team and a good teamcomp. You would wait hours for a Game to start.

Because there are 9 other players, if you can't understand this, I suggest you to make custom games against 5 bots and you dodge whenever the enemy comp doesn't fit you

the punishement for dodging is pretty stupid, true. i mean if i don't want to play with teamamtes who flames eachother from champ select, and i dodge, i'm the one whos punished..

Zilean bot instead of an adc should be fine.

The game can't really tell the difference between dodging because you have a smiteless jungler, or if you're dodging because you're complaining about a mage bot lane. In this case, it's kind of 50/50.

Either way, dodging a game is just a generally bad thing to do. You're wasting other people's time by making them go through the champion select process for nothing, and there needs to be motivation for sticking to a game even if you're with, or more importantly against, a team comp you don't like. If you can dodge games until you get a "winning" champ select without punishment, then it would take forever before 10 people are satisfied with a game.

In most cases anyway, you can't decide if your team lost just you gave up the game before the loading screen boots up. A smiteless team is a rare exception, but if you got banned for 30 minutes, then you clearly get onto smiteless teams all the time.

Because then people would Dodge all the time because they wait for the perfect team (in their eyes) against a bad enemy team comp (in their eyes). It would totally destroy queue.
