Old AP Ratios that were nerfed.

Now that you FINALLLLYYYY removed the AP ratio from Trinity Force , the old AP ratios that were nerfed on AD champions due to the small amount of AP that Trinity Force gave, should be brought back. There is a community of people (like myself) who enjoy playing side builds, and it would be nice if we could experiment with AP on AD champions again.
