Ranked Summoners in Normal 5v5s, Duo matchmaking problems

Ranked summoners should not be allowed to pair up with unranked in normal 5v5s and completely destroy a team. It destroys your spirits and most normal players don't know how to counter these types of players. It is very similar to elo boosting, a bannable offense. XP boosting should also be prohibited.

The problem that I've found with pairing up with a friend in matchmaking is when I pair up with someone the SAME level as me, we always get paired up with someone that is ranked, and another person that is low level. Just because their levels "balance out" doesn't mean that the higher person can't carry and demolish a team. A simple solution would either be to match based on experience and not level, or to match normal same-level pairs up like it normally would solo queue or with same level pairs. These problems need to be addressed immediately.
