4k resolution still has issues or just a bug for me?

I just acquired a 4k monitor and am having some issues with scaling. Most things are okay, but for some reason, chat text, emoticons and the tier 1 turrets are super tiny. Is there a fix? Don't know how to uplaod images here but the description tells a lot.
