Ap junglers viable or a diamond in the rift

With all this talk and popularity of warrior and cinder hulk enchantments, when, where and how does magus come into play? FYI magus is the ability power enchantment if you didnt know... But what do ability power junglers lack that attack damage or tank junglers have? Sustain that’s what they’re missing. There are only a few ability power junglers that have like to tell the tale of jungling but they’re also consistently "in the meta" picks as they have sustain and , pre nerfs... .

How do we give ability power junglers sustain without letting lanes abuse the crap out of it? Thats giving them spellvamp that only works on neutral monsters, but true damage does not activate this effect as that would abuse this item as well. This would give diversity to the game and let league players explore new champs in the jungle. I think will need some fine tuning if rito goes, i've thought of lowering the health that he gets back when he uses drain on monsters. The reason being is drain plus this new item I'm talking about would probably let him solo baron at a very low and unreasonable level.

For the item, I'm thinking of building it out of two amplifying tome and rejuvenating bead into a new item "Blah"

"blah" would have "30 abiltiy power" and the new passive "6% health back of magic damage done to monsters." recipe costing 250 gold. The cooldown reduction would be taken out tho because R.I.P. Fiendish codex.

When you make it into a jungle enchament it would give you "80 ability power" "10% health back of magic damage done to monsters".

Note that numbers can and probably will change so the numbers are not that big of a deal as im just trying to give and share my concept of the new ability power jungle enchantment.
