if i get s rank on a champ but i cant get any chests because ive gotten four already will i be able to get s again on that champ to earn a chest or is it not possible.

You can still earn a chest on that champ (the champ will still have the chest icon greyed out and won't have a border on the champion screen), you'll just have to earn another S rank once you have a free chest spot available.
