Riot can make a cool cinematic before the new season but not actually balance the game

Its not that they can't, they just won't.

Those are unrelated. Different teams at Riot work on different things. Someone who makes cinematics doesn't also work in game design.

Different parts of the company.

The only people up-voting this thread are the ones that don't understand how game development works.

So much fail in this title I can't tell if this is a joke or this person is serious. I can also make a stupid comment and it not make sense, "How dare this damn apple not taste like an orange!"
