In your settings of league is it capped at 30fps? Are your nvidia drivers up to date. And if you have a laptop, are you plugged in while playing?

Make sure your monitor cable is plugged in in your VIDEO CARD slot, and not in your motherboard. If it's plugged in your mobo it would mean that you're running it on the HD graphics of your cpu.

The 630 HD graphics are garbage to run league, especially if you have a gtx 1050.

Also update all your drivers online, that might make a difference.

You can check what you're actually running atm by pressing windows key, typing dxdiag and hitting enter. Go to the "display" tab to see what graphics you are running.

It could also be that your cpu is not running full speed

Open task manager, go to performance cpu and check if your cpu is actually running at the 4.5(?) GHz it should run at. (I'm in bed on mobile so and I have AMD ryzen myself, so I don't know what it should run as)

Do you have the 2 graphic options checked at the bottom? The anti something and whatever the other one is? If I have those 2 checked I’m hard capped 60fps. Without those checked I get like 300 fps

Ya vert sync and the anti is off.

I had the same issue, if you have the GeForce app on your computer open it and click on your League game and you’ll see the powered settings and the Battery settings on the right side options there is a battery saver option that caps your frames at 30fps just turn it off when your not plugged in, should fix it.
