Akali Galio Lux Talon Yasuo Zed these are the champs i like

Galio is dead. So is lux. Zed isnt good. Yasuo had 50% br talon isnt uncommon so is zed. And akali isnt a carry champ and shes really weak

Vel'koz is low key one of the best long range mages out there, his passive that deals true damage is crazy pre-6 and the damage spike you get at level 6 when you get your ult can get you a kill most of the time.
