hextech chests, and not getting them,

well I play every day nearly,,, but I don't get any chests, never had a restriction for behavior and been playing from season 1..... Just wondering why I don't get chests, is that only available on one map or is it open to all maps? riot wasn't clear on this or I missed the memo, mostly playing arams but would like the chance to get chest for good play.

You have to get an S- S or S+ on Summoner's Rift to get a box. Or someone in your premade party has to get an S- S or S+ in which case you will get a box for the champ you played that game. Limited 4 available at a time recharging 1 every week one per champ per season.
