Please remove mana from Sheen + related items

There are plenty of mana regen items that don't have mana on them. Please consider moving the mana to one of those items so manaless champions can use these items without penalty.

The extra 400 gold is not that bad on those items. Honestly if anything up the mana. There are no other mana items for ad champions unless you go reaver which honestly is kinda bad.

don't forget item 3004 which also is a mana item for AD champs.

Which not everyone can stack. Irelia and xin are two good examples of champions who can't stack tear but still want some early mana in lane. Sure they can go FH but glaciel shroud is not a good rush item and all of FH sets them too much behind in getting ad.

EDIT: forgot it can be stacked by aa... still neither really want that item.

If you rush it yeah. But seeing how they are limited by mana to activating it, it is also a bit stronger on them (even if it is not 400 gold stronger). I can see your reason for building it but if they remove the mana they will not just drop the price by 400 and as long as you don't rush it the 400 gold are not too bad. Rather if you want to remove the mana you first need to actually make a viable replacement for ad champions who want some early mana.

Manaless already lack the penalty of having to manage mana.

This is the sole thing that makes you want to pick mana over manaless; that the manaless champs waste stats on items like Frozen Heart, IBG, TF, RoA, etc.

Guess what? That's fair. If they're not going to use mana, they have to take the hit that buying mana items don't give them as much as a mana champ.

Manaless champs already have systems to allow spamming of abilities in lane or in fights that mana-users don't. The mana user must build more mana or more mana regeneration, ending up with a build path that has less in terms of tankiness or damage due to that requirement.

Sheen is built for fighters. Many fighters use mana, so the Sheen is based around that; a fighter gets the chance to use more abilities, and gets rewarded for using those abilities. The only "disadvantage" that manaless champions get is that they don't get a bigger resource pool... but then again, most of them don't even require a resource to use said abilities so the point is moot; they already have infinite "ability use before backing" potential.
