Don't take away my rank points if the game won't let me play.

Ranked mode is a joke, just spent 2 hours trying to get a game, 2 remakes the enemy team forfeits, 1 game I couldn't load into and the game kept crashing every time I'd try to relog it would just hand indefinitely. COUNTLESS queue dodges happened in between all of these matches that went through. Afterwards I wondered if you lose points for this and sure enough you do, I had 44 points and I'm down to 29 in one fell swoop because the client is trash. When a game is a remake no one should get penalized because 90% of the time it isn't their fault. You guys have had Eight years to either get the gameplay stable or the gameplay balanced and you have accomplished neither one. So here's a concept/creation you guys can't seem to work on: Don't penalize and waste your player's time by taking away rank points for something completely out of their control, it is bad enough with the balance being what it is and the fact that ranked is already a dice roll.
