lvl 29 solo getting paired with plats-challenger why?

I'm not queueing with any friends in solo and every game get paired with people gold-challenger and yes I mean I've had 3 games with challengers today. Why is this? It happens literally everygame

Well u won vs the diamond riven so what the problem?

normals have a ranking just like ranked games, its called mmr and yours is very high. Either that or theirs is low. Im a plat 5 player and i typically get paired with bronzes in normals =D

Isn't a problem my actual account is Master was just curious a It did this I dont think I've reached diamond mmr through just the few normals I've played on this account

But really most high level players have really low Normal MMR because they dont play normals much anymore which makes them get matched with lower players.

Are you a smurf? Because I have a level 30 smurf that consistently plays with platinum + diamond since the normal MMR is high. Also normal match making is notorious about having mismatched teams, and it will continue to do so unless they make ranked MMR affect your normal MMR, but not the other way around.

Almost every other game I'm on a team with a bunch of silver + gold level players, going against a team stacked with high diamond and platinum players, sometimes master and challenger level players. It's sad because I see a lot of teammates get flamed for feeding, when they are going against someone like 4-5 divisions higher than they are.
