Riot please nerf Pantheon

Everyone at Riot please take a moment to play against a Pantheon main or play as Pantheon and see how broken this champ is right now. You need to raise is Q cooldown at early ranks. A targeted ability that does so much damage and has only 4 seconds cooldown at only rank 1 and crits when used against low HP targets. I try to play almost every toplane champ against him and I was only ahead with Darius and Garen. Please nerf his Q cooldown early or his Q damage early.
