spesific account has lags

so basically looging into this account it feels so laggy character movement is choppy and wierd,really effects my gameplay +when i use yasuos ultimate i am moving in the air. if i ult and press my left click un the grond yasuo will slightly mvoe towards that direction yet still casting his untimate. i can see only ability range for example on akali on her Q you were able to see like an arrow as to where your knifes would land but now i can only see my q range. in fact i can only see range for abilities akalis e has a cicrle of its range not the line where she would trow it. it doenst matter either its on quick cast or not. has anyone had this issue?
