What's the best Advice you can give someone in Platinum.

I grinded my way up about 3 - 4 months ago to Plat 5, since then i've been dropping and advancing back and forth from P5 - P3 I'm currently Plat 4 20 points after promoting myself again. It's really frustrating that when you play league in your spare time and you play to win to think you haven't gotten any better than 4 months ago. I just feel like If i play safe and capitalize on mistakes the game tends to drag on forever and herding strangers together to work as a team when they all think there better than you can be extremely tiring and difficult. Sometimes i play aggressive and that can really bite me in the ass or it can go great. my Main go to Champions are Nasus MonkeyKing and Viktor on my main. Nasus had a 82% win ratio before and is currently sitting on 60%. Do i just need more practice? cause i'm clearly playing the game wrong

Just did the same thing (D4 currently). Plat is a weird tier because as you rank up, you get a mix of tryhards going for Diamond, and then Diamond 5 players that have diamond, and then play/learn new champs and roles. This combination can be extremely frustrating sometimes when you get a bunch of "first time <insert underpowered champion here>" going against the Plat I players with 500 games on their overpowered champions.

Best advice I can give is to focus on what you can control, do that as optimally as you can, and ignore the rest. I got to Diamond jungling and playing top lane split pushers like Singed . Any champ/playstyle that can influence multiple players on the other team (proxying two waves in the enemy base and taunting the jungle in all chat) will give your team an edge. If you can focus on snowballing your teammates (roam more, focus on objectives like dragon, etc.), you will win more games and climb.

You can always use more practice (everyone can), but you're probably just running into better players who make less mistakes and will punish your mistakes harder. Focus on what you're doing well/wrong and constantly think about how you can improve. Don't worry about the other 4 players on your team who may or may not know what they're doing. Play the hand you're dealt to the best of your ability and try to have fun with it. 60% win rate is still very solid and if you play enough games, you will climb at that rate! Stay positive and good luck with the climb!
