Why can Shyvana keep her broken AP Scaling but Champs like Galio get Nerfed? if you see a Shyvana it will be to 100% a AP Shyvana she is too Strong and i personally miss Tanky or AD Shyvana.

AP for anything above D4 except a few niche scenarios. Mobility creep is too potent there.

I've no doubt it's the meta choice for high elo. I'm of the mindset though that her AD Bruiser style is phenomenal with the combination of Legend: Tenacity, Unflinching, and Merc Treads. If Riot gave Shyvana Tenacity on her dragon form I have no doubt she would be S tier.

One game in silver 2 significant. Her highest winrate builds are all ap. Also tenacity stacks multiplicative. Having multiple tenacity sources gives diminishing returns making it not worth.

Tenacity is totally worth on champs with good defenses. Being able to move and participate in the game is a powerful tool that people have forgotten about in the 100-0 stomp meta.

I think a small CC like a knock back on Q like ornns or Making Dragon permanently unstoppable would do some spicy things.

I'd rather she be unviable so riot would fix or rework her. I'm 100% fine with her being hybrid and having an AP option. I'm not fine with it being the only option.
