Talon needs a nerf.
Once he gets ahead he is almost unstopable and it is pretty easy to get ahead especially against a mele champion. I think this deserves a discusion.

I don't have much to add other than that I agree. Lethality is pretty strong right now, assassins are especially strong in the mid lane. I understand that it can be difficult to kill and ADC right now because of the effectiveness of enchating supports and their awesome defensive itemization, but most assassins at the moment, especially talon, can run over the average midlaner (esp. Mages/ap melees) and then proceed to snowball his lead with some of the greatest roaming ability in the game CD

Nope. Champ's fine and I don't see a good reason to nerf him in your exposition.
