Glitched Loading

Why am i not able to play the game? The game is not working first a game i was in with the game crashed and everybody disconnected. we que up for a new game after that but it lets him and a different player we are with into the game but i cant even load the character load screen without it saying. "Cannot Connect to game check you internet ect." but i do and its fine even my other wifi dosent work it just black screen and gives me that msg even on a different account it still just black screens and wont load. Help??
