tried quicksilver and all but she just instakills me not only that after that when my team mates go in she is already healed alot? and then proceeds to kill them doesnt make sense

Same way you play late game adc, dont neglect defenses, and dont get hit first, lategame he who strikes first wins :D
Next patch she gains her stacks over time, rather than by farming.
So if you can't close the game before 50 minutes then you're probably screwed.
Dodge her poisons and above all else: it is your team who is supposed to go for her first. Think of her like a slightly tanky kogmaw. If you ever find yourself in a 1v1 duel where kog strikes first vs your cait you are not going to win either. Then again cassi should never split vs you as she is a low mobile champ that can be killed by assassins and both of you should be supreme in teamfights.
