Riot Please Give Garen the Nerf/Rework He Deserves

Okay, before you all dismiss this as the harping of a person who hates playing against Garen, let me say this: I would play Garen if he wasn't so broken. I mean, look at his kit. He has a silence, true damage AoE ult against the Villain, a spin attack that shreds his enemy's armor, he gains armor and magic resist passively by killing enemies because of his W which would be more balanced if it was actually a bit of a CHALLENGE to kill anyone in the game, his Q also removes slows (forgot to mention with his silence), and to top it of he heals a percentage of his base health when out of combat with enemy champions and minions don't stop that heal. He can just stay under tower and spin until enemy champ comes around and then just spin more after pressing w and q on his enemy. He needs either a rework or a nerf, and I know that there are plenty of others that agree with me. There are plenty of people who are tired of playing against him in Normal where they can't ban anyone. There are plenty of people who are tired of banning him for the majority of their games when they have plenty of others that they would ban if Garen wasn't such a major priority. He needs mechanics and less CC/CC removal. Why can't Garen just take the damage like most of the other top laners? Why does he have an ult that does the same amount of damage as a 50/0/35 ADC who built nothing but AD? Why are we tired of playing against him? Why do some of us avoid playing him? Because he's an overpowered champ who requires no skill at all for a player to win nearly every (if not all) of his matches. Make his gameplay more interesting Riot.
